Timeline's Significance
El Fenix currently has a website, elfenix.com, that discusses its Heritage tab. Their heritage tab does not include the hardships that the Mexican and Mexican American community had to encounter such as systematic oppression that forced his ballroom, a part of the parking lot that the food chain currently uses, and its relocation across the street in order to create a more appealing down town. It is important to highlight the significance of food and enhance our understanding of negotiation within every aspect of our society.
